PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:

1. Please fill-up all the requested data in the REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM provided below and click SEND. The COURSE CODE may be seen from the SCHEDULE of the SEMINARS CURRENTLY OFFERED as appearing on the HOME page of this website.

2. Upon receipt of your registration application form, we shall reserve a slot for you for the COURSE/SEMINAR and DATE(S) you registered for.  We will hold the slot for you for up to Four (4) Working Days from the date of registration to enable you to effect the remittance of the required fees through BANK DEPOSIT.  In case you wish to pay through other means, please see Item No. 5 below.  

3. For payment through BANK REMITTANCE, please DEPOSIT the correspondent SEMINAR/TRAINING FEE to the following account:

   • Note that BANK DEPOSITS can be made even on Saturdays and Sundays through BDO Branches located in all SM Malls.      

4. Please enclosed your BANK DEPOSIT SLIP or other proof of deposit to the ONLINE REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM below.  Alternatively, you can SCAN or take a picture thereof and email to LMN.TOPNOTCH.PROF.DEV@gmail.com or send by MMS or Viber to Cellphone No. +63 917 832 5618 or FAX the same to TeleFax No. (+632) 794 2998.  To avoid confusion, please do not forget to indicate the FULL NAME of the applicant and the TRAINING/SEMINAR he/she intends to attend in your email, MMS or Viber message.

5. Arrangements can be made for TOP-NOTCH to accept payment through CHECK, BANK TRANSFER or MONEY REMITTANCE.  If this is your desired mode of payment, please so indicate in your message/email to us.   

6. Should you fail to remit the required fees or make the necessary payment arrangements within the said period, the slot may be considered released and shall be opened for other registrants.

7. It is only upon FORMAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the fact of your ENROLLMENT and/or receipt of that your payment or satisfactory payment arrangement that you shall be considered to be formally registered to attend your desired COURSE/SEMINAR.
